What is Actions Matter?

Overview

We have been working with men battling sex addiction for over ten years. We began the journey when we, ourselves were helped by others to overcome sex addiction and get into recovery. Since then, we've walked with many men in different stages of life as they overcome sex addiction.

We have a Christian, biblically-based approach coupled with scientifically-proven methods to help men understand why they get addicted to things like sex and porn in the first place and how to get free of it for the rest of their lives. It is often the most challenging thing a man has ever done when we work with him but it is also one of the most rewarding when he has success by God's grace.

We desire to share everything we've learned with as many people as possible, that God might use it to help others gain freedom from sex addiction. This website is a tool we use to publish this content.
